Guidance notes per field
Each field comes with a plain-language note: who draws the declaration up, how to reference the technical file, how long you must keep it — five years, ten for reusable packaging — and which languages are required.
Nine EU languages
The template is rendered in the language of the page you are on — the declaration must be translated into the languages required by each Member State where the packaging is placed on the market.
